Enquire
The first step of your journey is to reach out to us and describe to us what you’re looking for and your goals. We’ll provide you with tailored advice as to what steps you need to take.

Search
We’ll look for the property that suits your goals, and give you a list of recommendations we think will suit you best.
3.
Apply
Once you’ve found the perfect property, we’ll commence all the necessary paperwork and apply for you to live there.
4.
Move in
If your application is successful, we’ll give you the keys and you can commence the process of moving into your new home.

There are four SDA Housing Categories
Improved Livability
These properties have features that make them more suitable and liveable for people with disabilities but do not require specialist design.
It focuses on physical access for people with cognitive, intellectual or sensory impairments.
Fully Accessible
This category is especially for people with physical disabilities.
These properties are designed with full accessibility in mind, including features like wheelchair ramps, wider doorways and accessible bathrooms.
Robust
These properties are built to withstand specific types of damage or wear and tear, making them suitable for individuals with challenging behaviors or complex support needs
High Support
These properties are designed for individuals with very high support needs, such as those requiring 24/7 assistance or specialised medical equipment.
