Disability Housing
GR8 Disability Housing supplies both Specialist Disability Accomodation as well as Supported Independent Living disability housing which can be used for short and medium term accomodation. This accomodation is for all in the National Disability Insurance Scheme. GR8 is a certified SDA provider and licensed real estate agent which is a requirement by the National Disability Insurance Agency and the Western Australian Government.
SDA Housing
GR8’s SDA Housing is specially designed to excedd the NDIS standards and be fit-for-purpose for all NDIS Participants with funding from Improved Liveability through to High Physical Support.

SIL and ILO Housing
GR8’s SIL housing is specially designed group housing that has many of the same features of an improved liveability SDA house.
SIL housing is available to NDIS participants who have SIL or ILO funding in their NDIS plan and is funded through their Disability Support Pension and Commonwealth Rent Assistance.
